At Untamed, we want you to feel as bold as our designs; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to ensure a seamless processing experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
